Las Ramblas
Golf property in Spain is always hot news and the popular urbanisation of Las Ramblas on the Costa Blanca offers a way to enjoy the best of all worlds – golf, gorgeous beaches, easy accessibility and fabulous weather.

With two more top golf courses – Villamartin and Campoamor – within a few minutes’ drive, properties in Las Ramblas are very much a golfer’s idea of paradise.
This stunning area of the Costa Blanca has much to offer the non-golfer too, however, with magnificent Blue Flag beaches only a short drive away, including the popular resort of La Manga at the Mar Menor.
With the busy town of Torrevieja just 15 minutes’ drive away; Villamartin Plaza within easy reach; and Las Ramblas’ own selection of shops, bars and restaurants and a large Mercadona supermarket, properties in Las Ramblas couldn’t be better placed if you want a Spanish home where everything is on your doorstep.
Getting there is simple too – Murcia San Javier airport is around a 25 minute drive and Alicante’s El Altet airport just 45 minutes away by car.
In the immediate area you can pursue any kind of water sport imaginable: sailing, scuba diving, water ski-ing, canoeing - and the surrounding countryside is a nature lover’s dream, perfect for getting out and about and making the most of the glorious weather.
