Additional Services When you finally get the keys to your lovely new property in Spain or elsewhere in Europe it can be hard to imagine that anything can go wrong. It is only when you get back to Britain that doubts and anxieties can set in.
Sunshine Holiday Rentals is here to give you peace of mind. Our aim is to keep you well advised of your properties welfare and to insure that all necessary problems are dealt with. Linen Service Sunshine Holiday Rentals provides our own professional linen service so your own personal linens are just that, personal. All holiday homes are refreshed before arrivals with fresh linens and individual soaps, shower gel´s and shampoo´s to give that 5 star approach. Cleaning We have our own team of professional cleaners to clean your property after each rental to the highest of standards. We also offer a spring cleaning service to bring your home to a perfect nature either before the rental season or after. Check In / Check Out Service Upon arrival at your holiday destination, whether you are a property owner or taking a holiday with us we can meet and escort you to your accommodation. Once inside the property we will familiarize you or your guests with all appliances, locks, alarms etc. Once the stay is over we will inspect and secure the property. Airport Pick-Up Service We can easily meet you or your guest at the airport and drive you to your holiday home. We now offer an “around town” chauffeur service for our local area should you decide to not hire a car. Prices on airport collections start at €40.00 with the chauffeur service quoted individually Car Hire As we would like to make your and your guests holiday as simple as possible, we can arrange car hire for you or your tenants. A simple procedure having your vehicle delivered to the airport or your holiday home. Welcome Grocery Packs Upon request, we can have a welcome pack waiting for you or your tenants upon arrival. The standard pack consists of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter, cereals, water, bacon, eggs, orange juice and a bottle of wine. If you prefer to add other items please contact us for details. Inventories All properties are completely inventoried upon entering our services. This allows us to check for damage and breakages after tenancies and for your insurance purposes. Emergency Call Outs In the event of an emergency we have a member of staff on call at all times, day or night, which ensures that in the case of any issues with your property, such as flooding, a qualified person will be at your property as soon as possible. Garden and Pool Maintenance No matter the climate, gardens and pools need tending to. With this in mind we have reputable firms to handle these issues at pre-arranged prices and times General Maintenance & Redecoration Sunshine has built up a team of very expertise craftsman to handle any general repairs in a quick and timely manner. They understand the need of repairs whether the property is occupied or not. |
