Established for 26 years, we have the expertise and experience to professionally manage your property. All our properties are personally supervised with the greatest care and attention to detail. Any service you entrust us to carry out will be handled efficiently and professionally.
Sunshine Holiday Rentals provides the highest levels of service and customer care and will keep you regularly updated on the status of your home to ensure you have peace of mind. Our services range from a comprehensive management program, an optional rental management service through to ad-hoc cleaning. In fact our management services can be tailored to meet your specific property needs – whatever they may be.
BASIC TERMS & CONDITIONS
(Homecare Package)
- SHR will visit your home on a weekly basis to check security, all utilities, electrical appliances, entertainment equipment etc. to insure all is in working order and ready for occupancy. We will also check your property while rented on a long term basis.
- Should any problem occur with your property either whilst rented or vacant, SHR will notify you of this with our suggested solution. At this stage we will inform you of any required funds for this repair or if we would be able to deduct this from anticipated rental income.
- SHR will liaise with utility and insurance companies on your behalf should any problem arise within these confines.
- SHR will be the only dedicated key holder apart from the owner. Because of this, SHR would like to handle all entries and exits for your own rental clients also.
- SHR will execute a basic inventory of the property to be kept on file.
- Part of the Homecare cost is attributed to our advertising expenditure. Your property will be marketed completely on our website and throughout our office structure apart from other means of direct marketing to attract potential clients for rental purposes..
Cost are based on a one year renewable contract and must be paid in advance yearly.
